Community Health
ADSMKE has 8 established health facilities (ACK Mt. Kenya Hospital Kerugoya, ACK Mt. Kenya hospital Mwea, CCS Mayori dispensary, ACK Isiolo dispensary, Tumaini clinic Marsabit, ADSMKE dispensary Mitunguu, ACK dispensary Maua, ACK Mt. Kenya hospital (satellite clinic- Kerugoya) in the six counties that provide primary health care to the communities near the facilities. We provide care and treatment services to People living with HIV in three of the facilities. We also conduct HIV Counselling and testing outreaches, immunizations, family planning services, cancer screening, nutrition, disease management, and maternal health care in these facilities

We provide mobile clinic services to the communities in hard to reach areas.
sexual reproductive health, rights and family planning
Women's sexual and reproductive health is related to multiple human rights, including the right to life, the right to be free from torture, the right to health, the right to privacy, the right to education and the prohibition of discrimination (OHCHR). We have partnered with jhpiego to scale up quality post partum and post abortion family planning services and increase uptake of contraceptive methods among post partum and post abortion women during the first year post pregnancy at public primary health care centres.

maternal, new born and child health (mnch)
Health is a driver of economic growth and healthy individuals contribute to development and income, ADSMKE invests in health to achieve economic prosperity. Poor maternal health is one of the greatest killers and threats to women. According to WHO 2020 almost 95% of maternal deaths occurred in low and lower middle-income countries. We have been working with various stakeholders to improve maternal and new born health outcomes for vulnerable women and babies by increasing demand, access and uptake of quality MNCH services.
